A bit about what I've been up to since 2012.......

I started writing for a magazine called Indie Flava Magazine. It's been fun attending fashion shows and music events and company launches. In addition to writing and having fun I was working on my bachelors in Biology. Now that I am a graduate and officially a Biologist I'd like to become a science writer. I know sounds a bit overnight but it wasn't. I've been writing scientific papers and articles as a student for class assignments and although I didn't consider myself to be a science writer/blogger/journalist that is exactly what I was doing.

So now that I've figured out how to re-access my blog :-) (I constantly change passwords and emails) I am ready to announce the new direction I will be taking this page into. I've decided to combine my love for fashion and beauty with my passion for science and environment. I'll be posting about similar things but with a more in depth scientific point of view, such as what is in our makeup and why our bodies shiver when we are cold so we need cute Parkas.

As you may have noticed NEW YORK IS FREEZING YA'LL........ So listen up on how to look fab and stay warm.

1. Scarves are a Diva's best friend. I love my gogo's knit scarves and I ask her to make them really long (I call this one blankie). These are for sale if you'd like one do contact me. For those who can not get one of my gogo's scarves there are many retailers who are selling pre-wrapped (infinity) scarves.

  Love the color because it does provide that inner warmth as summer memories flood in and you get lost on a tropical beach.

Lil Kim is Officially a Barbie

When I saw this pic of Kim all of the plastic surgery she allegedly underwent started to make sense. She looks completely like a Mattel Barbie. I think this outfit is uber cute love the poodle pompoms and all black RockStar shades.

I love coming across independant designers and just envy the craftmanship. These are on my list of Summer 'Gotta Gets'. Syl Anim offers various colors and styles.......perfect way to show off a fresh pedicure.

OMG Sick

Claw Money makes their own shades (I <3 my pink ones) but they also offer vintage items. They do clothing as well as other things but I am in Love with these vintage YSLs below.........sick mad
